We recognize that an investment in a Catholic education is a serious endeavor. If you have any tuition/financial concerns, please make an appointment with our principal or president who can explore with you the many options for financial assistance. We are committed to being good stewards, but we are willing to ensure finances are not an issue in choosing to attend SRW.
- Grades K-8
The tuition for transitional kindergarten through grade eight for the 2026-2027 school year is $7,250 all-inclusive. The only additional costs would be school and gym uniforms and school supplies.
- Application Fee
A non-refundable $25 Application Fee per student is due upon application. This fee does not apply towards tuition.
- Enrollment Fee
If your child is accepted to Ss. Robert and William, for each subsequent year, parents are required to re-enroll their children. The current re-enrollment fee is $15 per child. This fee does not apply towards tuition.

Financial Aid
Ss. Robert and William Catholic School is an EdChoice provider and a Cleveland Scholarship provider. The following opportunities are available:
EdChoice: The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students from underperforming public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The current amount of the scholarship is $6,166.
EdChoice Expansion: The EdChoice Expansion Scholarship is available to incoming kindergarten through grade 8 students. The full amount of $6,166 is available for families whose income is at or below 450% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Families whose income is above 450% are still eligible for a partial amount on a sliding scale. Income needs to be verified through a State of Ohio SAFE account.
Cleveland Scholarship: The Cleveland Scholarship Program provides students residing in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The current amount of the scholarship is $6,166.

An ECE (Early Childhood Education) Grant is available, through the State of Ohio, for qualifying families of a child who is 3 or 4 years old. Contact the SRW Early Learning Center for details.
