A Shadow Day at SRW is mandatory for all transfer student applicants. Additionally, if the student is accepted, it is on a conditional status.
Students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old by September 1st of the year they are entering Kindergarten.
Students entering grade one must be six (6) years old by September 1st of the year in which they are entering the first grade. This is the law in the State of Ohio. Early entrance testing may be requested from the local public school agency.

Many opportunities are available for prospective families to visit the school, including when classes are in session.
Open House: An in-person Open House is held during the Sunday of Catholic Schools Week, which falls on the last Sunday of January. Additional Open House dates are scheduled for April, one geared toward Early Learning. Please contact our Admissions Director for more information.
Kaleidoscope Days: Kaleidoscope Days are provided for prospective Kindergarten families to view classrooms while classes are in session. They are held on select days in February and March from 9:00 – 10:00 AM. Registration is required. Contact our Admissions Director, Ebonie Blake, to register.
