Tuition prices listed are effective July 1, 2024.
Children 6-weeks through 3-years old
Full-Time: $306/week
Part-Time: $229.50/week
A $25 application fee will be collected during the application process.
There is a $250 enrollment fee due for a child's initial registration into the program.
Each year following, a $150 re-enrollment fee will be collected as students progress to the next classroom.
A $35 late/returned payment fee applies to any payment submitted past the due date or returned by the payer's bank.
We understand that situations arise that require part-time students to attend GAELC on a day not included in their schedule. If we have space, we are always willing to accommodate families that need to add a day or switch days around. However, if your child is in attendance on a day that is not part of their normal schedule, you will be charged $12/hour for that day.
Families may choose either a weekly or bi-weekly payment plan. Payment plans will be selected during the admissions process.
All payments are handled through Brightwheel. Credit, debit, or bank withdrawal are accepted as payment methods through Brightwheel. There is a 2.9% processing fee for credit card transactions. The fee for automatic withdrawal is .06% per transaction. Auto-pay is required for all tuition accounts.
Families with multiple students enrolled at GAELC will receive 15% off the oldest child’s rate. Both students must be enrolled a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Children of SRW/GAELC Employees will receive 15% off each child enrolled.
Children of Diocese of Cleveland Employees will receive 10% off each child enrolled.
Preschool-Age Summer Session
Full-Day Program
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., 3 day per week minimum
$50 per day
After care available from 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at a rate of $8.50 per hour
Preschool Half-Day Program
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., 3 day per week minimum
$35 per day

3-year old Preschool (September-May)
Please note that this information applies to students that will be 3-years old by September 30, 2024. If your child does not meet this requirement, please see the section above for the child care program.
Full Time Class (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.): $6,936.00/year
Part Time Class (Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.): $3,060.00/year

After Care: For students in the Full Time class, After Care is available daily from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. There is a $25 registration fee for this program. Student accounts will be billed based on attendance at a rate of $8.50 per hour.
Home Away From Home: Students in the Preschool classes may enroll in Home Away From Home (HAFH) care on calamity (snow) days and specific days that the academic programs are closed. Charges for these days will be added to the student’s Brightwheel billing account at a rate of $50 per day.
As a result of our excellent ratings, GAELC is able to offer Early Childhood Education (ECE) Grants to children who turn 3 or 4-years old by September 30. This is a scholarship based on financial need and is targeted for Preschool age children.
Qualifying families entering the preschool programs have the potential to have their full tuition covered by the ECE Grant. The application and qualifications will be discussed
