Financial Assistance for children in grades K – 8 is available through scholarships from the parish endowment and through the Catholic Community Foundation’s Catholic Education Endowment Trust. Any family needing assistance is asked to fill out a Smart Aid Form. The form must be completed and submitted by March 1 to receive priority. A form filled out after March 1 is subject to limited available funds. Forms are available at https://smartaidforparents.com. (School ID is 13654 as listed at Ss Robert and William Catholic School.)  After outside sources of financial aid are exhausted, the principals and pastors will work with the family on a case-by-case basis to ensure that tuition is not an obstacle to pursuing an education at our school. Financial concerns should never stop someone from attending our school.

Financial Assistance for children in preschool is available; however, you need not complete any paperwork. To receive financial aid for preschool, speak directly to the principals and pastors.

TRIP (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program):  TRIP is a great way to receive school tuition savings simply by using gift cards to do your everyday shopping!  Purchase gift cards through the TRIP program and redeem these gift cards when doing regular shopping for groceries, gas, clothing, etc. Each gift card contains a percentage rebate indicated on the order form.

  • 50% of rebate is paid out to you (tuition credit or cash rebate check)
  • 27.5% of rebate is donated to the SRW Technology Fund (tax-deductible)
  • 22.5% is retained by the program administration.

With each gift card purchased, you build up credits in your TRIP account. Credits are then paid out by Ss. Robert and William twice a year to your tuition account or to you directly.
