Brightwheel

 

Brightwheel is a student tracking website and mobile application. GAELC uses Brightwheel in the following ways:

  • Billing
  • Recording attendance
  • Tracking student physicals and immunization dates
  • Sending newsletters
  • Messaging parents
  • Tracking student activities such as diapers/toilet use, eating habits, and naps
  • Sending pictures and videos to parents throughout the day

A Brightwheel invitation will be sent to families as part of the admissions process.
