  • EdChoice:  The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students from underperforming public schools the opportunity to attend participating private schools.  The current amount of the scholarship is $4,650.
     
  • EdChoice Expansion:  The EdChoice Expansion Scholarship is available to incoming kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and third grade students whose family income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Historically, each year another grade level is added.
  • Parish Endowment Scholarships: The following scholarships are available to SRW Students/ Families.  A committee comprised of the Principals, Director of Development/Stewardship, two (2) Teachers, and the Chair of the Endowment Board or someone designated by the Chair will review the applications and make recommendations to the Pastor for awards.  The awards will be announced at the Catholic Schools Mass on the last Sunday in January.  The awards will apply for the next school year.  The first four scholarships require applications.  All applications are due back to the office by the designated date in December.
  1. St. William Pastor/Principals Scholarship for $500:  This will be awarded to a student in grades K - 2 who shows potential leadership skills based on the recommendation of their teachers and application of student/family.  This Scholarship is given in honor of the five pastors and many principals of the former St. William Parish & School who offered superb leadership of a Catholic School. 
  1. St. William Parish Endowment Founders Scholarship for $500:  This will be awarded to a student in grades 3 - 5 who does something unique to show themselves as someone willing to take a "stand" and not always "follow the pack" based on the recommendation of their teachers and application of student/family.  This Scholarship is given in honor of the many benefactors who funded the St. William Parish Endowment that was inherited by Ss. Robert & William Parish in 2010. 
  1. St. William Parish Endowment Benefactors Scholarship for $500:  This is awarded to a student in grades 6 - 7 who makes a significant contribution to their class and/or school community based on the recommendation of their teachers and application of student/family.  This Scholarship is given in honor of Margaret & Frank Kearns, Russell E. Seibert, Edward Paulis, John McGroarty & Carl Baricelli who were memorialized by significant donations to the St. William Parish Endowment that was inherited by Ss. Robert & William Parish in 2010. 
  1. Sr. Dorothy Kazel High School Scholarship:  This is awarded to an eighth grader who is a registered and active parishioner of Ss. Robert and William Catholic Parish.  The $500 scholarship is renewable each year of high school, provided the student remains in good standing with his/her high school and participates in the SRW Life Teen Ministry.  Sr. Dorothy made the ultimate sacrifice with her life.  The scholarship is intended to go to an eighth grader who knows what the word “Sacrifice” means. 
  1. Ed Czyzycki Scholarship:  This $1,000 annual scholarship is given to a 7th grade student who exhibits the outstanding practice of the Catholic Faith through charitable deeds.
  1. Sr. Helen Davidson, OSU Scholarship:  This $500 annual scholarship is given to 2 boys and 2 girls, entering 7th or 8th grade.  Applicants must be Catholic, attend Mass regularly, be involved in extra-curricular activities, and write an essay on the value of Catholic Education.  In addition, 2 letters of Recommendation from teachers and/or a coach are required.
