A Prayer for an Ordinary Day
God, our loving Father, today is an ordinary day, like most days. Yet this ordinary day is filled with your loving kindness and guiding spirit. Thank you for the gift of this day. Help us face difficult times with courage and hope, and help us accept easy times with gratitude and humility. Make us more aware of your love for us and the joy you take in us as we go through this ordinary day. We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord, AMEN

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION NIGHT
In an effort to promote Catholic High Schools as a serious and viable option for our students, Ss. Robert and William Catholic School will be hosting a “High School Information Night” on Wednesday, October 28th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. This night will be held “convention style” (high schools will have tables set up and you can go from table to table to ask questions and obtain information), and is primarily for 8th grade students (7th graders may also attend if they choose). We have confirmation from Villa-Angela- St. Joseph, Lake Catholic, Notre Dame – Cathedral Latin and St. Peter Chanel: I will keep you posted as to other high schools that accept our invitation to participate. Students will also receive a flyer to remind them of this evening in back-pack mail today.
Please mark this date on your calendar…. it is a great way to obtain a great deal of information in a quick and convenient manner.
